Seat Reservation

Payment

Payments can be made in advance directly at Demo, or at the time of seat reservation by PIX.

Reservations through invitation

Access the link you received by email to reserve your seat. Events on the home page will be listed as "Coming soon".

Choosing the Time

On the event page, click on the desired time. You will be directed to the seat selection page.

Restricted Seat Selection Screen

The seat selection screen is restricted to registered users. If you are not logged in, the system will ask for your email and password.

On the seat selection page, when you hover the mouse over a seat, you will see information about the price, zone, and availability. Click on the desired seats to add them to your Shopping Cart, located at the bottom of the page.

Removing Seats

At the top of the seat selection page, you will see the Shopping Cart with the selected seats. To delete selected seats, click on the trash icon next to the seat number.

Choosing seats at another time

On the seat selection screen, select the desired day and time at the top of the page by clicking on them.

Seat Blocking Time

Remember that your seats will be blocked for 30 minutes after selection, before clicking Confirm or Pay

Finalizing the Reservation

On the seat selection screen, click on "Finalize Purchase or click on the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner of the screen.

On the purchase completion screen, confirm your name and email. If the payment will be made by pix, fill in the CPF.

If you have already made the payment in advance, the website will automatically apply the discount if the email used for payment is the same as the one used to create on this site. Otherwise, request the change with Demo.

Purchase Confirmation

Review all the information in the Purchase Summary.

Click on "Confirm" if you are using a voucher or on "Pay" if you will make the payment at the time of reservation.

After clicking on "Confirm" or "Pay", the purchase cannot be cancelled.

Payment Confirmation

If the payment is made at the time of reservation, on the next screen you will see the QR code and the PIX payment line.

You have 30 minutes to make the payment. After payment, it will be confirmed within up to 1 hour.

Access to Tickets

After clicking on "Confirm", you will be directed to a screen informing that the order was completed successfully. Click on "Print Tickets" to get your tickets. You can print them or save them as PDF for the day of the show

If the payment is made at the time of reservation, you must wait for payment confirmation to access the tickets. You will receive an email once it is confirmed.

Access to Orders and Tickets

After finalizing the purchase, you can access all your orders at the top of the page, by hovering the mouse over the person icon and clicking on "Orders".

Frequently Asked Questions

I made an advance payment but there is no balance on the ticket site.

First, check if you are using the same email to log in to the student area and on the ticket site. If it is the same, contact us. If the email registered on the ticket site is incorrect, make a new registration with the correct email.
